DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Digital Downloads & Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased from the CR Records LLC™ website, including but not limited to digital albums, singles, MP3 files, WAV files, ZIP archives, bonus content, digital artwork, and any other downloadable media.

By purchasing digital products from our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All digital products sold through our Website are delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered or accessed, they are treated differently from physical merchandise.

3. All Digital Sales Are Final

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, the transaction cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or reversed, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies regardless of whether the digital files have been downloaded.

4. No Refunds for the Following

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing the wrong album or song

  • Purchasing duplicate copies

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Incompatibility with a customer’s device

  • Customer dissatisfaction with musical style, lyrics, production, or artistic content

  • Failure to download within the stated download period (if applicable)

  • Internet connectivity issues on the customer’s end

  • Loss of downloaded files after successful delivery

  • Device malfunction

  • User error

  • Unauthorized purchases made by someone using the customer’s account or device where negligence contributed to the unauthorized use

5. Download Availability

Following successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital products through the download method provided at checkout.

Customers should promptly download and securely back up their purchased files.

CR Records LLC™ is not responsible for files lost due to:

  • Hard drive failure

  • Computer damage

  • Mobile device replacement

  • Deleted files

  • Cloud storage failures

  • Failure to maintain personal backups

6. Download Limits

To help protect our artists and copyrighted works, digital downloads may be subject to reasonable download limits or expiration periods.

If you experience legitimate download issues before reaching any applicable limit, please contact Customer Support.

7. Technical Issues

If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue originating from CR Records LLC™, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement download.

This may include:

  • Providing a new download link

  • Replacing the affected file

  • Correcting file corruption

  • Providing technical assistance

8. Fraud Prevention

CR Records LLC™ actively monitors purchases for fraudulent activity.

Orders may be delayed, canceled, or refused if fraud is suspected.

We reserve the right to request identity verification before providing access to digital products.

9. Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback for any valid purchase after receiving access to purchased digital products.

If a chargeback is initiated without legal justification, CR Records LLC™ reserves the right to:

  • Suspend future purchases

  • Permanently block customer accounts

  • Deny future download access

  • Recover collection costs

  • Pursue legal remedies permitted by law

  • Provide transaction records, download logs, and order confirmations to payment processors and financial institutions to dispute the chargeback

10. Personal Use License

Purchasing digital music grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Purchasing digital music does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, master recording, musical composition, artwork, or other intellectual property.

11. Prohibited Uses

Purchased digital content may not be:

  • Shared with others

  • Uploaded to file-sharing websites

  • Uploaded to streaming services

  • Distributed through social media

  • Sold or resold

  • Copied for commercial purposes

  • Used in films, podcasts, television, advertisements, video games, or other media without prior written authorization from CR Records LLC™

  • Modified, sampled, or remixed for commercial use without written permission

Unauthorized use may violate United States copyright law and other applicable laws.

12. Intellectual Property

All digital content available through the Website, including music, recordings, artwork, videos, graphics, logos, and related materials, remains the exclusive property of CR Records LLC™ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase of digital products.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address

  • Ensuring their device supports common audio formats (such as MP3 or WAV, if applicable)

  • Maintaining backups of purchased files

  • Protecting download links from unauthorized use

  • Reviewing product descriptions before purchase

14. Limitation of Liability
